INSURANCE CLAIMS
Many customers are working with an insurance company to restore a home after storms and other damage. It is very common for home owners to have questions about the insurance process. The very best place to ask these questions is with your insurance agent! They are the insurance experts, and can help clarify any concerns. Your adjuster who inspected your home is another wonderful source of information. FYI Adjusters travel frequently for work, and they are often on steep dangerous roofs so they might not always be able to take your call immediately.
The State of Texas also provides many helpful resources to home owners with the Texas Department of Insurance. TDI can assist you with information, questions about the insurance process, and many other things.
